Willis William Anspach

Willis William Anspach, age 78, of Grants Pass, died Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

A memorial service with military honors will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.

Will was born July 31, 1933 in Omaha, Nebraska to Lon & Leola Anspach. He was raised in Omaha and graduated from high school there in 1948. On October 9, 1952 he joined the United States Navy and was honorably discharged on October 8, 1960. He moved from California to Grants Pass, Oregon 39 years ago. For many years he worked for Josephine County Animal Control.

Will enjoyed working on cars.

Survivors include three daughters, Michelle Anspach of Merlin, Oregon, Misty Anspach of Grants Pass, Oregon, and Deborah Anspach of Albuquerque, New Mexico; a son, Donald Anspach of Grants Pass, Oregon; and one grandson.
