William C Ferry

Bill Ferry of Grants Pass, age 87, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 7, 2016.
He enlisted in the U.S. Army in February of 1949. Bill was stationed in Germany and developed a love for the countryside of Switzerland, Austria and surrounding areas. He was honorably discharged in 1952, and will be honored by local veterans at the graveside service.

Bill was preceded in death by his father and mother; sister, Betty Marston; son, Donald B. Ferry, and beloved wife, Lorene S. Ferry.

Survivors include sisters, Peggy Kramer and Dee Morris. He is also survived by Lenora Davidson, Rosemary Vigil, William (Buck) C. Ferry Jr., David Ferry; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Bill was loved and respected by all who knew him. Family and friends will be gathering at High Rock Church after the graveside services to celebrate his life.

Services will be held on Friday, September 16, at Hull & Hull Funeral Home in Grants Pass, officiated by Butch Lamkin. Graveside services will immediately follow at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens.
