Warren F. Murphy

Warren F. Murphy, age 74, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Three Rivers Medical Center.

Private services have been held. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Warren was born August 5, 1939 in Chicago, Illinois to Warren & Evelyn Murphy. He served in the United States Navy and received his Associate Degree at Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. In 1960 in Chicago he married Catherine Sand. In 1993 he moved from San Francisco, California to Grants Pass, Oregon.

He enjoyed fishing and hunting.

Survivors include his wife, Catherine Murphy of Grants Pass, Oregon; two children, Sandra Joncek of Grants Pass and Warren L. Murphy of Jacksonville, Oregon; his mother, Evelyn Murphy of Elkhart, Indiana; a brother, Dennis Murphy of Elkhart, Indiana and four grandchildren, Taylor, Jake, Delaney and Devon.
