Former Grants Pass resident, Virginia Alicia Christian Davis, age 86, of Pincher Creek, Alberta, Canada, died Friday, December 30, 2011 in Pincher Creek.
A viewing will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 7, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Savage Street Building Relief Society Room.
A funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 7, 2012 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Savage Street Building with Bishop Kenneth Guerra conducting. Interment will be at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

She was born Virginia Alicia Huff on November 27, 1925 to Roy and Flora (Greer) Huff in Burlington, Washington.
On August 16, 1946 in San Diego, California she married Jack Hill Christian. On June 6, 1997 she married Douglas Keith Davis in Ventura, California.
Virginia worked with students in the Chapter One Program; and people of all ages in the Options Mental Health Program, both in Grants Pass.
She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since 1953.
Her hobbies included genealogy, sewing, crocheting, knitting, flower gardening, and traveling.
Survivors include her husband, Doug Davis of Pincher Creek, Alberta, Canada; two daughters, Verlie Howser of Provo, Utah, and Cindy Breeden of Merlin, Oregon; two sons, Jeff Christian of San Jose, California, and Craig Christian of Springville, Utah; 23 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack Christian on October 20, 1995.
