Toni Elin Condu

Toni Elin Condu, age 95, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Toni was born March 3, 1916 in Esbo, Finland to Karl & Lyydia Wahlman. In 1950 she moved from Helsinki, Finland to Grants Pass, Oregon. For 18 years she worked as a nurse at Josephine General Hospital.

Toni attended First Christian Church.

Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting, and gardening.

Survivors include two daughters, Annette Beck and Sehu Pratt both of Grants Pass, Oregon; three grandchildren, Katerina Thill, Jeremiah Boatman, and Stephen Boatman all of Grants Pass; ten great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a son, Kaij Engman.
