Theresa G. Dye

Theresa G. Dye, age 69, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Three Rivers Community Hospital.

No services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Theresa was born October 8, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois to Stanley & Georgene Sliwa. She was raised in Chicago and attended schools and high school there. On December 13, 1985 in Wheaton, Illinois she married Gary K. Dye. Together they moved to Grants Pass three years ago.

Theresa was a fan of the Chicago Bears and the Chicago Bulls. She also enjoyed needlepoint.

In addition to her husband, Gary Dye of Grants Pass, Oregon; she is survived by seven daughters, Michele Johnston of Villa Park, Illinois, Georgene Abbott of Olympia, Washington, Vicki Abbott of Orlando, Florida, Summer Dye of Denver, Colorado, Tammy Ma of Orlando, Florida, Kristie Stepp of Las Vegas, Nevada, and Vickie Atkinson of Virginia; two sons, Tony Dye and Nick Dye both of West Chicago, Illinois; a sister, Carole Alderson of West Chicago, Illinois; 13 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
