Sheldyn James Conner

Sheldyn James Conner, age 2 , of Cave Junction, died Saturday, August 4, 2012 in Kerby.

A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Valley Evangelical Free Church with Pastor Marvin Porter officiating. Illinois Valley Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Sheldyn was born December 22, 2009 in Jackson, Mississippi to Jon & Katie Conner. At the age of three months old he moved with his family from Jackson to Cave Junction.

Sheldyn was a Cub Scout and a member of Valley Evangelical Free Church.

He especially loved playing with his brother, playing on his swing set; and coloring.

Sheldyn is survived by his parents, Jon & Katie Conner of Cave Junction, Oregon; a sister, Aspen Conner from Orland, California; three brothers, Sean Conner of Wilton, California, Ryan Conner of Grants Pass, Oregon; and Cole Conner of Cave Junction, Oregon; maternal grandparents, Bonnie & James Medina of Kerby, Oregon; paternal grandparents, Coy & Elaine Conner of Lodi, California; maternal great-grandparents, Melvin & Carol Guches of Kerby, Oregon; maternal great-grandmother, Pauline Medina of Central Point, Oregon; and aunts and uncles, Pauline Medina of Santa Barbara, California; Heather & Brad Palmer of Kerby, Oregon; Aubrey Medina of San Diego, California; Xavier Medina of Central Point, Oregon; Alexis Medina of Sitka, Alaska; Alexander & Victoria Medina of Central Point, Oregon; Zoe, Joshua, Jezzamee, Thomas and Colton Medina all of Kerby, Oregon; and Kara Conner.
