Senzurae Yolanda Jacquez

Senzurae Yolanda “Senzie” Jacquez, age 36, of Grants Pass, died Friday, November 13, 2015 at her home.

Senzie was born May 19, 1979 in Cottage Grove, Oregon. In 1990 she moved with her family to Albany and in 1993 to Grants Pass. She was born with special needs and learned sign language.

Senzie was a member of Calvary Temple in Central Point.

She enjoyed gospel music especially the Gaithers and gospel preaching on television, especially Brian Houston, Jessie Duplantis, Brother Jimmie Swaggart, and the Family Worship Center. She loved her stuffed animals, especially her lamb.

Survivors include her mom, Rebecca Jacquez of Grants Pass; two brothers, Jason Sargeant of Grants Pass and Christian Sargeant of Grants Pass; and a sister, Soshie Copeland of Medford.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Jacquez on December 2, 2014.
