Selma Deloris (Goslin) Farr, age 88, of Grants Pass, died Friday evening, May 30, 2008 at Three Rivers Community Hospital in Grants Pass at 7:00 p.m. of a massive heart attack.
A service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Nampa Funeral Home, 415 S 12th Avenue South, in Nampa, Idaho. Interment will follow at Kohlerlawn Cemetery in Nampa.
Memorial services in Grants Pass are pending for later this month. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of local arrangements.

Selma was born April 27, 1920 in Newport, Nebraska to Holly Albert Goslin & Annie Eudora (Turpin) Goslin. She had formerly lived in Pomona, California, Nampa, Idaho, Mitchellville, Iowa, Parma, Missouri, Ellsinore, Missouri, Doniphan, Missouri, Grandin, Missouri and Nebraska.
Survivors include three children, Alice Pirnie and her husband Roy of Rogue River, Oregon, Robert Farr and his wife, Carol of Longview, Washington, and Thomas Farr of Nampa, Idaho; a granddaughter, Bradetta Vines of Seattle, Washington; two grandsons, Phillip Vines and Marti Ervin both of Nampa, Idaho; a great-granddaughter, Cassie Friedle of Kent, Washington; step grandchildren; step-great-grandchildren; and step-great-great-grandchildren, many affectionately called her ‘Gran’ and ‘Grams’; and many nieces and nephews to whom she was a great mentor, teacher, and inspiration and who loved her very much.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers and sisters, her husband, Eugene Elmer Farr and her grandson, Robby (Robert Eugene Farr II).
She will be greatly missed but she is finally free from all pains and has been promised is now visiting with Jesus on the streets of gold and singing with the angels. We love, you, Roy and Alice Pirnie, Bob and Carol Farr and Tommy Farr.
