Robert Gene "Bob" McCollum

Robert "Bob" McCollum passed away January 23rd, 2024, at Royal Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center in Grants Pass, Oregon. 

Bob was born  in Grants Pass Oregon June 1952. His was the third son of Marjorie (Lawless) McCollum and Allen McCollum.

When he wasn't on the job, he was working hard on his property taking care of multiple fruit trees, a huge garden, chickens and goats. He love sharing the produce and eggs, donating them to friends, family and even food banks.

He loved reading the Bible and watching CBN. He prayed continually for his family, friends and the unsaved. Bob never had a problem sharing Jesus with folks he gave a ride to when he was a truck driver. Bob also worked in lumber mills and even once was a cook at the Oregon caves Chateau.

Bob enjoyed being with family and friends especially if it was anywhere food was involved or hunting. He loved Abby's pizza!

You always knew where you stood with Bob, he did not beat around the bush. It was always meant to be in love.

Bob is survived by his daughter and son in law, Tiffanie (McCollum) Posastiuc & Dan Posastiuc, in PA. Two Granddaughter & One Grandson. Four Great Grandchildren. His sister Peggy (McCollum) McAllister, OR. 

His Mother, Father and two older brothers passed away before him.
