Richard J. Hicks

Richard J. Hicks, age 88, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, June 28, 2014 at his home.

No services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Richard was born March 2, 1926 in Portland, Oregon. On June 16, 1946 he married Letty Linman. In 1963 he moved from Klamath Falls to Grants Pass. He was past owner of Richard’s Markets and the Mt Ashland Ski Area.

Survivors include his wife, Letty Hicks of Grants Pass, Oregon; and four children, Brent Hicks of Vancouver, Washington, Linda Bray of Bend, Oregon, Martin Hicks of Klamath Falls, Oregon and Greta Hicks of Portland, Oregon; seven grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
