Rex L. Titus, age 79, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, August 10, 2014 at his home.
A funeral mass will be at 11:00 a.m., Monday, August 18, 2014 at St. Anne Catholic Church with Father Mike Walker officiating. Private interment will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Grants Pass. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Rex was born April 17, 1935 in Baker City, Oregon to Rulon & Berniece Titus. In 1958 he graduated with honors from the University of Oregon Dental School. On June 29, 1959 he married Ann Hof and in 1963 they moved to Grants Pass. From June 1960 to June 1963 he served in the Unites States Army and earned the rank of Captain.
Rex was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church and was actively involved in the Legion of Mary, an organization that served the homebound and infirm. For 42 years he was a member of the Rotary Club of Grants Pass.
Rex was an avid fisherman and golfer.
He is survived by two sons, Mark and Brent; a daughter, Shannon; three grandchildren, Remanika, Barrett, and Emmie Ann; and a brother, Herb.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann, on September 25, 2009.
