Reneé Therese Snodgrass, age 43, of Grants Pass, died November 4, 2019 at her home.
Reneé was born October 3, 1976 in Columbus, Georgia to Joseph & Anna Marie Trechter. Her military family moved around before settling in Novato, California in 1986. Reneé first met Gabe in 5th grade, later graduating from San Marin High School in Novato, class of 1994. She then attended Regis University in Denver, Colorado where she played volleyball and received a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with minors in Computer Science, Christian Leadership and Math. For one year after college she volunteered with AmeriCorps in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2003 Reneé married Gabriel W. Snodgrass in San Diego, California. In July 2004 they moved to Grants Pass, Oregon where she raised and homeschooled their children.
Reneé was very active at St. Anne Catholic Church in various ministries.
She especially enjoyed scrapbooking, reading, and most of all her faith and making memories with her family.
Survivors include her husband Gabe Snodgrass; their children Tyler, Kaiya, Andrew and Benjamin all of Grants Pass; her parents, Joe & Anna Marie Trechter of San Diego, California; brothers Joseph Trechter of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Christopher Trechter of Windsor, California; sister Michelle Bosse of Dublin, Ireland; and a very large and loving extended family.
Reneé will be joined in Heaven with her three children who died before her, Julianna Michelle, Patrick Gabriel and Jordyn Francis.
Remembrances may be made to Right to Life or the Prader-Willi Foundation.
A Recitation of the Rosary will be at 10:45 a.m., November 15, 2019 at St. Anne Catholic Church. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:30 a.m. with Father William Holtzinger presiding followed by a reception. A committal service will be at 2:00 p.m., November 15, 2019 at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
