Raymond Wehrli, age 72, of Gold Hill, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
A memorial mass will be at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at St. Anne Catholic Church with Father Dominic Tumusiime officiating. A Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 21, 2012 at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Chewelah, Washington. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Raymond was born August 12, 1939 in Northport, Washington to Raymond & Wanda Wehrli. He served in the National Guard Reserves. For many years he worked as a log truck driver. In 2001 he moved from Spokane, Washington to Gold Hill, Oregon.
Raymond was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church and Our Lady of the River Catholic Church.
His hobbies included fishing, trucks, lights, and animals, especially dogs, cats, horses, and cows. On Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day at Aunt Betty’s Caf in Rogue River, he would hand out roses to all the ladies.
Survivors include his companion, Cindy; a daughter, Tina; three sisters, Verna, Beverly, and Benetta; and a brother, Ronnie.
