Peggy Mignot

Peggy Mignot, age 92, of Grants Pass, died Friday, June 25, 2010 at Spring Pointe.

A viewing will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.

A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at Hull & Hull Chapel. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.

She was born Dorothy Pauline Dixon July 3, 1917 in Topeka, Kansas to Zackery & Cathriane Dixon. In 1951 in Mexico she married Ernest William “Bill” Mignot. Peggy lived in Colorado before moving to Grants Pass in 1956.

Her hobbies included crocheting, gardening, hunting, and fishing.

Survivors include a daughter, Jean Leard of Lebanon, Oregon; two sons, Ray Alexy and Steve Alexy both of Lebanon, Oregon; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest William “Bill” Mignot in 2004; and a grandchild.
