Patrick's enduring legacy is celebrated by those closest to him, including his son William Bartley, daughter Jessica Carpenter, mother Patricia Bartley, grandson Davis Carpenter, sister Debbie Bartley, brother David Bartley, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.

Patrick's life was marked by a unique blend of humor and sarcasm, endearing him to those fortunate enough to know him. His vibrant spirit resonated through his love for singing, his passion for watching football, and the undeniable energy he brought to every room he entered.

In addition to the joy he spread, Patrick's life was interwoven with familial connections. He leaves behind a legacy that transcends generations, having been preceded in death by his father Louis Bartley, cousin Bryan Lawson, and nephew Beau Bartley.
