Patricia Rae Dietz-Cummins

Patricia (Remina) Rae Dietz-Cummins, age 73, of Grants Pass, died Wednesday, April 20, 2011 at her home.

Services are pending. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Patti was born August 11, 1937 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. As a child, she moved to Long Beach, California. Between the ages of 5 and 15, she was an entertainer, in radio shows and a professional dancer with her own dance troop. In 1959 she married Raymond Dietz in Long Beach, California. They later moved to Torrance, California and then to Thousand Oaks, California. In 1980 she moved with her family to Grants Pass, Oregon. She remarried in 1998 to Aubrey Cummins in Grants Pass who preceded her in death in 2002.

She was a member of the American Legion and the Eagles Lodge.

Her hobbies included reading, crocheting, cooking, playing cards and bingo, and especially spending time with her family.

Survivors include a son, Michael Dietz of Grants Pass, Oregon; three daughters, Remina Dietz-Muse and husband Dean Muse of Grants Pass, Oregon, Pamela Dietz and husband John Lovemark of Glendale, Oregon, and DeVaughn Cisneros of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Judith Stone of Grants Pass, Oregon and Beverly Bernard of Carson, California; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
