Pattie was preceded in death by her parents Frances and Bill Baker.
She attended Grants Pass High School and Southern Oregon University where she received her degree in Psychology. Her fondest years were spent in the United States Army for 18 years beginning in 1975 active followed by several years in the reserves. Patti loved this time serving her country and fellow man. After medical discharge, she took over management of the family rental business, Baker Rentals in Grants Pass, Oregon.
Her passions were raising flowers, water gardening and caring for her beloved “four pawed children” that were always two steps behind wherever she walked. She loved trips to the coast to collect seashells, camping, hiking, and antiquing. Her family loved her famous fresh blackberry cobblers.
Patti was a loyal and dear friend who will be missed by all those she touched and to whom she brought laughter.
A celebration of life will be held in Summer of 2012. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
