Patricia (Pat) Frankenbery, 82, of Grants Pass died Monday, April 15, 2013 at her Grants Pass home.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 21, 2013, and will take place at First Christian Church in Grants Pass at 305 S. W. “H” Street, where she was a member.
She was born July 1, 1930 in Denver, Colorado to Robert and Peggy McCombs (Wilson). She married Lewis J. (Red) Frankenbery on April 16, 1948 in Corvallis, OR. Pat worked at many occupations over the years (Secretary, Tax Preparation, Accountancy), and also was a small business owner.

Pat was active in Eastern Star and an advisor to Rainbow Girls for several years when she lived in Klamath Falls. Later in life, she became an avid golfer and bowler. She volunteered at Allen Dale Elementary School in the “Reads Program”.
She loved going on picnics, playing with her great grandchildren, playing card games, reading, crossword puzzles, gardening, and remaining active in her church.
She had two brothers, David McCombs, and Robert McCombs, both deceased.
Survivors include her son, Gary Frankenbery and his wife Lynn, of Grants Pass, Oregon, and her daughter, Sandy Payne, of Roseburg, Oregon. She had 5 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
