Patricia L. Ferguson

Patricia L. Ferguson, age 84, of Eagle Point, died Friday, February 20, 2015 at her home.

Pat was born August 12, 1930 in Klamath Falls, Oregon to George & Peggy Dawson. She grew up and attended schools in Klamath Falls. On November 29, 1957 in Reno, Nevada she married Frank Ferguson who preceded her in death on March 26, 2011. She lived in Oakridge, Oregon for 54 years before moving to Eagle Point in August 2012.

Pat was past president and member of the Senior Bingo Club in Oakridge.

Her hobbies included knitting sweaters and blankets and making pies. She loved working in her yard especially tending to her flowers. The love of her life was her cat “Baby” and all the other neighborhood cats.

Survivors include her daughter, Jody Anderson and husband Ronnie of Eagle Point, Oregon; grandchildren, Tracy of Molalla, Tabitha of Woodburn, Trina, Tasha, and Tara all of Cornelius, Myles of Phoenix, Ashton of Eagle Point, and Taylor of Medford; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Pat was preceded in death by a sister, Marian Willis Ferguson; a daughter, Janice Junell Sampson; a son, Jeffery Wade Ferguson; and a grandson, Travis Allen Sampson.

No public services are planned.

Pat was an amazing mother who always put others above herself.
