Pam Howard

Pam Howard, 63, of Applegate, OR passed away March 1, 2016 in Grants Pass, OR. She was born June 4, 1952 to Jack Tarrant and Bertha Almeida in San Francisco, CA.

Pam was a long-time resident of Applegate, having moved to the area in 1984. Pam married Gary Howard on May 4, 1974 in Portola Valley, California. She was a product coordinator and deeply committed to her family and friends.

Her hobbies were gardening, flowers of all kinds, camping, trips to the beach, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a volunteer for the SMART reading program at Ruch Elementary School.

Pam is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Oliver and Jill Howard; her sister, Georgia Tull of CA; her brother, Robert Tarrant of CA; and her three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack; her husband, Gary; and her sister, Donna.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Memory Gardens Memorial Park. Flowers are welcome and may be sent in care of Memory Gardens. 541-773-7338.
