Nick Alan Marshall

Nick Alan Marshall, age 56, of Selma, died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at his home.

A celebration of life will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 16, 2013 at the Takilma Community Building. Illinois Valley Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Nick was born November 5, 1956 in Texas City, Texas to William & Doris (Scholl) Marshall. He graduated from Dickenson High School in Dickenson, Texas. In 1975 he moved from Dickenson to Selma. He attended Lane Community College in Eugene for two years. He worked at the Oregon Caves for several years. He then worked for Listen Here in both Cave Junction and Grants Pass for many years. He also played drums for multiple bands in the local area.

Nick loved listening to music and playing the drums.

Survivors include his parents, William & Doris Marshall of Webster, Texas; and three brothers, Milton Marshall of Houston, Texas, Karl Marshall of Webster, Texas and Tim Marshall of Eugene, Oregon.
