Nancy Lee Brown

Nancy Lee Brown, age 64, of Merlin, Oregon died Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at her home.

Private services are planned. Hull & Hull Funeral directors are in charge of arrangements.

Nancy Lee was born May 1, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan. At the age of four she moved with her mother Madeline Forbuss to Grants Pass, Oregon who survives. She especially enjoyed neighborhood activities with family and friends. She was awarded the Oregon Spirit Award for her volunteer work in the community. She enjoyed fishing and camping trips and the outdoors.

She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She is survived by her mother, Madeline Forbuss, brother and sister-in-law, David & Naomi Forbuss of Grants Pass, Oregon, nephew and his wife, David K & Desiree Forbuss of Rio Rancho, NM., nephew Ryan Forbuss of Grants Pass, OR, nephew and his wife, Aaron & Meta Forbuss of Grants Pass, OR and niece, Mary Forbuss of Cambridge MA and a great-nephew, Evan Forbuss of Rio Rancho, NM.

Nancy Lee was preceded in death by her stepfather, Donald P. Forbuss.
