Nancy Kay Wilde

Nancy Kay Wilde was born September 30, 1947 in Odessa Texas to Robert and Florence Sturges. Nancy graduated June of 1966 from Lawndale High School, Lawndale, California. On October 17, 1965, Nancy married her husband of 43 years, Robert I Wilde,

In 1971, after having their 3rd child, Robert and Nancy moved to Southern Oregon, where they lived ever since.

Nancy worked as a sub for the Grants Pass School District in the late 70’s. After that she was a homemaker. Nancy enjoyed archery, hunting, and four- wheel drive outings. Nancy specially loved her pets, butterflies and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Nancy was preceded in death by her first born child, Teresa Lin Wilde. Nancy is survived by her husband Robert, daughters, Tina Williams and Tammy Cochran, both of Grants Pass, her sisters; Linda Willis, of Grants Pass, and Mary Bennett, of Barstow, CA, her brother Charles Dillon, of Battle Creek, MI, four grandchildren; Zakery Williams, Steven Williams, Daniel Cochran, and Alishia Cochran, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held July 11, 2009, at 1:00pm, at Calvary Crossroads Church, 1051 SE M St., Grants Pass, Oregon.
