Myrtle Mae Harder, 74, of Grants Pass, died Saturday, April 12, 2008 at her home.
Private services will be held. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
She was born February 18, 1934 in Grand Junction, Colorado to Earl & Mildred Myers. On October 11, 1952 in Santa Rosa, California she married her childhood sweetheart Charles Harder, who preceded her in death. They moved to Grants Pass in January 1970. Myrtle retired from Oak Lane Retirement Center in 2005, where she worked as a night medication aide.
She enjoyed family and friends and spent her entire life taking care of others. She also enjoyed the ocean, camping and spending time with her family.
Survivors include a brother, Earl and a sister, Earlene both of Santa Rosa, California; three daughters, Cathy Stradford of Las Vegas, Nevada, Karen Tracer and Elizabeth Conner both of Grants Pass; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, a son, and a grandchild.
