Morgan Laird Mcwilliams

Morgan Laird McWilliams, age 51, of Grants Pass, died Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at his home.

Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Morgan was born December 21, 1961 in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended Grants Pass High School. He resided in Summit County, Colorado for most of his adult life and lived in Grants Pass on and off for years. He married once in 1990 to April O’Connor. At one time, he worked for Jantzer Logging and also enjoyed working as a painter.

His favorite place to be was with his best friend Crystal, his pitbull. He was an avid skier and also enjoyed hiking, fishing, barbecuing, traveling, and was always walking and going somewhere. He was loved by many people and had many friends. Morgan believed in God and could always make you laugh with his sense of humor.

Survivors include his three children, Christopher Toby McWilliams, Tess Morgan McWilliams and Cheyenne Tahana Boughton; and siblings, Mindy Berry, Barclay McWilliams, Mace McWilliams and Kim Williams.

He was preceded in death by his father, Maurice McWilliams and his mother, Patricia (Mohler) Stertman.
