Mary I. Ford, age 82, of Grants Pass, died Thursday, May 23, 2013 at Three Rivers Medical Center.
A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 8, 2013 at 136 Ferry Road, Grants Pass. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Mary was born July 18, 1930 in Atascadero, California. In 1944 she moved with her family to Grants Pass where she worked at the local hop yards. In 1948 she graduated from Grants Pass High School. On April 18, 1949 in Grants Pass she married Porter Ford. For five years she worked in the kitchen at Fort Vannoy School. She was a homemaker.
Mary was a member of the Grants Pass Eagles Aerie #2146; Merlin Moose Lodge; and Shan Creek Grange. She attended Shan Creek Church for many years and later Hugo Community Church.
Her hobbies included bottle hunting, yard selling, bingo and spending time with her family.
Survivors include a daughter, Terri Snell and two sons, Larry Ford and wife Jan and Daniel Ford and wife Karen all of Grants Pass, Oregon; a sister, Janet McKy and a brother, Jack Sutton both of Grants Pass, Oregon; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Porter Ford on August 22, 1999 and a great-granddaughter, Cambell Cynor-Ford.
