Mary F. Moser, age 83, longtime Grants Pass resident, died Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center after a short illness.

A memorial service will at 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 22, 2010 at Parkway Christian Center with Pastor Ron Marsh officiating. Private interment will be at Hillcrest Memorial Park. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Cancer Society, 31 W 6th Street, Medford, Oregon 97501.

Mary was born October 12, 1927 in Dallas, Texas and in 1945 graduated from Beaumont High School. In 1948 she moved to Grants Pass where she began a career as a legal secretary then went into business and started “Mary’s Antiques.” She then started buying and selling commercial and residential properties which led to a career in real estate as a broker with Century 21 and later Lewis Realty.

Her hobbies included gardening, antique collecting, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, especially poolside during the summer.

During her real estate years, she was a GRI graduate and a member of the Two Million Dollar Club. She started attending Parkway Christian Center in 1992 and cherished her well worn Bible, which was always by her side.

Survivors include a brother, Don Donovan of Portland, Oregon; two daughters, Catherine Moser Drost of Grants Pass, Oregon and Karen Jewell of Tustin, California; two sons, C.J. Moser III of Grants Pass, Oregon and Don Jansen of Portland, Oregon; three grandchildren, Brenton Davis, Kacie Jewell Sloane, and Kristin Jewell; and great-grandson, Everett Sloane all of Southern California.
