Marjorie “Deon” Jenkins, age 82, of White City, died Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at her home.
A visitation will be from 10:00 am to service time, Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.
A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at Hull & Hull Chapel with Pastor Russ Millsaps officiating.

Deon was born January 2, 1925 in Paton, Iowa to Bert and Edna Patrick. On February 1, 1975 in Reseda, California, she married Edgar Jenkins and that same year they moved to Cave Junction. She worked for E & R Plumbing in Cave Junction for many years. In 2001 they moved to White City.
She volunteered for the Illinois Valley Medical Center Board for 6 years, Illinois Valley County Meal Site for 10 years, Illinois Valley Senior Center for many years and a was a life member of Beta Sigma Phi.
Her hobbies included bingo, cooking, cards, and serving others.
Survivors include her husband Eddie Jenkins of White City; daughters, Betty Williams of Grants Pass, Penny Trout of White City, Patricia Storgaard of Gold Hill; stepdaughters, Sharon Matye of Kernville, California and Carol Taylor of Northridge, California; son, Richard Hackstock of Ashland; stepson, Daniel Jenkins of Lancaster California; sister, Betty Smittle of Albuquerque, New Mexico, brother, Gerald Patrick of Farmington, New Mexico; 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-daughter.
