Marion Elizabeth Yelcich

Marion Elizabeth Yelcich, age 83, of Selma, died Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at her home.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, November 8, 2013 at Deer Creek Cemetery. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Marion was born September 9, 1930 in Oxford, New York. In 1998 she moved from California to Selma.

Marion especially loved her family. She was Nana to many. She enjoyed taking care of children and they loved to hang out at her home. She loved her pets and it was not unusual for her to take in a homeless dog or cat. She was always there to help. Marion loved to bowl and was active on a Caveman Bowl league from 2000 to 2006.

Survivors include her daughter, Lori LaFlamme; son-in-law, Carl LaFlamme; and grandchildren, Mason LaFlamme and Alexandra LaFlamme all of Selma; a sister, Emma Jean of Ohio and a niece, Judy Nagle of Temple City, California.
