Mal Nadler

Mal Nadler, age 82, of Gold Hill, died January 8, 2017 at his home.

He was born Malcolm Stuart Nadler October 14, 1934 in San Francisco, California to Alec & Ethel Nadler. He was raised in San Francisco and Sacramento. He enlisted and served in the United States Navy. On March 12, 1955 in Nevada he married Valerie Behrens. For many years, he worked with the Alaskan Highway Department and in 1973 moved from Alaska to Oregon and in 1976 moved to Gold Hill.

Survivors include his wife, Valerie Nadler of Gold Hill; two sons, Jeffrey & Virginia Nadler of Salinas, California and David & Karie Nadler of Gold Hill; a brother, Warren & Trudy Nadler of Central Point; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services may be held in spring or summer 2017.
