Lori Dawn Atwell

Lori Dawn Atwell, age 47, of Williams, died Friday, January 25, 2008 at her home.

Family services were held. Southern Oregon Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.

She was born March 20, 1960 in San Jose, California where she was raised. She lived in many places in northern California as well as two years in Maui, Hawaii. As a single mom, she raised four of her five children, though she always missed her son whose father took him. In 1991 she moved to Williams.

She was a member of the Native American Church, Oregon chapter.

She enjoyed singing, dancing, and crafts.

Survivors include a daughter, Amber Caudell of Williams; four sons, Justin Atwell of Merlin, Ocean Atwell of Williams, Biko Sunflower of Grass Valley, California, and Hoku TwoFeathers of Williams; her parents, Marcus & Jessica Atwell of San Jose, California; a sister, Barbara Edwards of San Jose, California; two brothers, John Atwell of San Jose, California and Mark Atwell of Stevensville, Montana; and three grandchildren.
