Lois Catherine Lambert, age 85, of Rogue River, died Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center.
A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 27, 2008 at Apostolic Faith Church (2nd and F Streets) with Pastor Rob Wakefield officiating. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.
Lois was born June 25, 1923 in Medford to John & Grace (Lane) Brittsan. During World War II, she worked as a clerk in White City. She lived in California; Denver, Colorado; Roseburg; Medford; and Rogue River before moving to Grants Pass.
She was a member of Apostolic Faith Church.
Her hobbies included music – playing the organ, piano, and guitar; reading; and sewing.
Survivors include two sons, John Lambert of Wichita Falls, Texas and George Lambert of Talent; three sisters, Lorraine Clary of Vallejo, California, Lucille Thompson of Grants Pass and Velda Warren of Everett, Washington; a brother, Fred Sargent of Crescent City, California; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Steve Lambert.
