Lois A. McClanahan, age 88, died Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Royal Gardens Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Wausau, Wisconsin on October 28, 1923 to the late George and Arvilla (McCready) Beckman. She was married to Bernard McClanahan and worked as a homemaker and a volunteer in the community. She was a devoted member of New Hope Fellowship, the Pacemakers Choir, and the Three Rivers Hospital auxiliary. Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting, sewing, reading, and travel.
She is survived by her children, Judy L Zorrilla and James S. Dick, 3 grandchildren, and 4 step-children. She was preceded in death by 3 siblings.
A private service was held at New Hope Fellowship on Sunday, May 6, 2012.
