Linda Beringer

Linda Beringer, age 46, of Grants Pass, died Monday, November 25, 2013 at her home.

There will be an Open House Celebration of Life at the Taprock Evergreen Room on Saturday, November 30 from 2 pm to 5 pm.

Linda was born May 6, 1967 in Whittier, California. In 1978 she moved from California to Grants Pass and graduated from North Valley High School in 1985. In 1991 she married Jeff Duncan and they later divorced. For many years she worked in the mortgage industry in Grants Pass. In 2008 she started working at the Josephine County Assessor’s office at the courthouse. On September 9, 2009 she married Allen Beringer.

Her hobbies included gardening, decorating her home, reading, and donating her time to raise funds to help others. She especially loved her dogs.

Survivors include her husband, Allen Beringer and her daughter, Kelly Duncan both of Grants Pass, Oregon; a stepson, Michael Beringer of LaPine, Oregon; her mother, Nancy Kolle; her father, Mark Thomas; two sisters, Carrie Gragg (William) and Janie Duewel all of Grants Pass, Oregon; one niece and two nephews.
