Lenora Storms

Lenora Storms, age 65, of Grants Pass, died Friday, March 21, 2014 at Fair View Transitional Health Center.

A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 27, 2014 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Stake Center with Noah Jarvie conducting. Private interment will be at Roseburg National Cemetery. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Lenora was born June 2, 1948 in Corona, California to Leonard & Marion Gunderson. She moved from Riverside, California to Grants Pass 50 years ago. She worked at Litton Industries for many years. She attended Rogue Community College taking bookkeeping courses. She also worked as a certified nursing assistant and as an esthetician at beauty school. In 1987 she married George E. Storms Jr, who preceded her in death.

Lenora was a member of the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Riverside Ward.

Her hobbies included ceramics, reading, and Facebook with friends all over the world.

Survivors include two sons, Aaron Storms and George E. Storms III both of Grants Pass, Oregon; seven stepchildren; a sister, Pattie Beaudoin and husband Ron of Grants Pass, Oregon; a brother, Bill Gunderson and wife Nora of Vernal, Utah; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
