Carrol Lee Clark, Sr., age 79, of Shady Cove, Oregon passed peacefully on November 11, 2018 at his home. Lee was born October 24, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky. Lee married Lynn Henning on February 5, 1960; they were married 58 years and had three boys. Lee lived with his girlfriend, Connie Johnston.
Lee is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Clark and Paulette Peyton; wife, Lynn Clark; siblings, Edith Miller, Betty Hayward and Mick Cady. Survivors include his siblings, Delores and Vic Cady; his children, Rick Clark of Chiloquin, Oregon, Lee Clark Jr of Eagle Point, Oregon, and Mick Clark of Central Point, Oregon; Lee and Lynn also raised Lynn’s sister’s four children when they were toddlers, Larry Blosser of Winston, Oregon, Sherry Blosser of Willows, California, Terry Blosser of Willows, California, and Gary Blosser of Chemult, Oregon; 11 grandchildren children; and 13 great grandchildren.
Lee went to school at Milo Academy, then worked at Burrill Lumber Company for 18 years, then went into business for himself and bought logging equipment for about eight years. After selling out of logging he bought a dump truck and Lee and his son, Mick, trucked together for 18 years, which he enjoyed very much. Lee was a very hard-working man and always made sure his family was taken care of. Lee loved to spend time hunting, fishing, camping and jeeping with his family. Lee also loved to dance when the family had big get-togethers. Lee is loved by all and will be missed so much.
