Larry Dwayne Parsons

Larry Dwayne Parsons, age 43, of Cave Junction, died Friday, October 9, 2015 at his home.

Larry was born April 15, 1972 in Sacramento, California to Larry & Nicki Parsons. After living in different places in California, he followed his mother to the Illinois Valley in the early 1990s. He joined a local wildland firefighting company out of Merlin and fought fires for a couple of years. A vehicle accident left him permanently disabled.

Larry enjoyed hunting and outdoor activities.

Survivors include his mother, Nicki A. Parsons of Cave Junction, Oregon; a sister, Michele Frank of Selma, Oregon; a brother, Dale Chaix of San Ramon, California; and many nieces and nephews including Paul Cole.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Dwayne Parsons, Sr.
