Kathleen (Wallace) Welch

Kathleen V. (Wallace) Welch, age 67, of Cave Junction, died October 10, 2022 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

Kathleen was born November 22, 1954 in Grants Pass. Her childhood years were spent in the Jerome Prairie area. She attended all local schools. In 1981 she married George Welch. They lived in Cave Junction for the past 30 years.

Kathleen volunteered with the Food Bank in Selma. She loved gardening, raising koi fish, and participating at the Illinois Valley Growers Market.

Survivors include her husband George Welch of Cave Junction; mother and stepfather Patricia Wallace Rust and Lee Rust; sisters Darla Wallace of Grants Pass, Marcella Thompson of White City and Carlee Wallace of Eagle Point; brother Ronald Wallace of Grants Pass; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Earl Wallace; and her in-laws Leroy & Shirley Welch.

A viewing will be from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., October 21, 2022 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.

A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., October 22, 2022 at Granite Hill Cemetery.
