Kaden David Hopkins, age 5, of Grants Pass, died Friday, April 27, 2007 at his home.
A memorial service will be at 4:00 p.m., Monday, May 7, 2007 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.
Remembrances may be made to the Kaden Hopkins Foundation at any branch of Evergreen Federal Bank.
Kaden was born December 3, 2001 in Portland, Oregon. He overcame many odds to finally come home from Doernbecher Children’s Hospital at ten months of age. Kaden flourished at home with his parents’ help. When Kaden was just about two, his little brother joined the family. The boys encouraged and loved each other on a daily basis.
He especially loved hot wheels trucks, reading, laughing, and smiling. He has been and always will be an inspiration to many people.
Kaden was a sparrow for both Gladiola School and North Middle School.
Kaden is survived by his parents, Terry & Alison Hopkins and his brother, Brenten Tanner Hopkins all of Grants Pass; grandparents, Jacqueline Adams of Boston, Massachusetts, Linda Rudisill of MacDoel, California, and David Hopkins of Boise, Idaho; great-grandparents, Harvey & Maxine Dorman of Boise, Idaho and Margaret Hopkins of Caldwell, Idaho; and aunt & uncle, Krystal & Rich Wagner and cousin, Evan Wagner all of Klamath Falls.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Lloyd Rudisill and his great-grandfather, Ernest Hopkins.
