Judy Ann Hooks-Farber, age 60, Of Grants Pass, died Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at her home.
Private services will be held at a later date. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Judy was born February 21, 1951 in Kewanee, Illinois to Lowell & Verna Holmes and was raised in Santee, California. In 1967 she married George Hooks and had four children, they later divorced in 1980. She lived in the Grants Pass area for many years working as a bartender, electronics assembler and shuttle driver for a rafting company. On July 3, 1989 she married Clay Farber. They moved to Lakeside, California and later to Temecula, California. She worked with her husband doing underground dry utilities and as a customer service representative for Seaside Buick in San Diego, California. She delivered auto parts while in Temecula. She later worked as a new construction plumber with her husband on custom homes until returning to Grants Pass in 2008. At the time of her death she was a manager at Chinook Winds RV Park.
Her hobbies included camping, fishing, hunting, horseback riding and dancing. She loved being around her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Clay Farber of Grants Pass; two daughters, Charlotte Hooks of Grand Junction, Colorado and Cheri Bissinger of Christina, Tennessee; five sons, Steve Hooks of Grants Pass, Scott Hooks of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, Stace Hooks of Grants Pass, Bobby Hooks of Grants Pass and Curtis Farber of Grants Pass; two sisters, June Miller of Dundee, Oregon and Terrie Ruppert of Grants Pass; a brother, Lonnie Holloway of Pearland, Texas; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death was a son, Shannon Hooks and three brothers, Eddie Holloway, Russ Holmes and Roger Holmes.
