John David Wyman

John David Wyman, age 72, of Selma, passed away Friday, September 14, 2012 of Leukemia at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon.

A memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 19th, 2012 at Illinois Valley Funeral Directors in Cave Junction. Illinois Valley Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

John was born February 1, 1940 to Harold & Janet Wyman. He served in the United States Air Force and was a long time member of the National Rifle Association. After a 42 year career as a lineman in Connecticut and Colorado, John retired to Selma, Oregon where he continued to enjoy his passions of fishing, hunting and motorcycling. John enriched the lives of all who knew him and will be greatly missed by all.

Survivors include his wife Kaye Lemieux Wyman; their children, Debra Jacoby, Laurie Greene, Joseph Greene and Stephanie Brech; grandchildren, Christine Jacoby and Simone Brech; sisters, Diana Yeagher and Susan Jannicky; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
