Jody C. Eaton

Jody C. Eaton, age 60, of Grants Pass, died January 12, 2022 at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center.

Jody was born April 10, 1961 in Burlingame, California to Charles & Lorraine Holden. After graduating from Hart High School in Newhall, California she attended College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita. She worked in retail during most of her working years, including K-Mart and manager at Best Buy both in Santa Clarita. In 2004 she moved from Santa Clarita to Grants Pass. She completed her postal exam and started working as a United States Postal Service rural mail carrier and was currently working out of the Hawthorne distribution center.

Jody was known to help anyone she could, and especially enjoyed helping senior citizens.

Her hobbies included traveling, baking, fishing, bingo at Seven Feathers, outdoor activities, crafts and making jam which she entered at the Josephine County Fair. She especially loved spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband William Eaton and son Kevin Eaton both of Grants Pass; eight siblings Catherine Brunk, Tim Holden, Susan Aaron, Linda Pope, Lisa Holden, Laura Delvillar, Charlotte Miller, and Michael Miller; five stepsiblings Clarise Cooper, Joseph Miller, Sheila Miller, Junior Miller, and Rosie Miller.

A memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.
