Jefferson F. Bush

Jefferson F. Bush, born July 10, 1939 in Fairly, Texas, died Sunday, May 31, 2015 in Grants Pass, Oregon from complications brought on by Alzheimer’s disease.

Jeff joined the United States Navy and served four years mostly on the USS Jarvis. While serving he met the love of his life, Susan. They married on Valentine’s Day in 1959. He went back to school in 1965 and joined the Walt Disney Company in 1969. He retired from Disney’s Animation Production Budget department in 1995.

He and Susan moved from San Fernando Valley, California to Grants Pass in 1998 where he enjoyed golfing, square dancing, birding and restoration project at Golden. They were married 56 years.

He is survived by his beloved Susan; sons, Jefferson Jr. “Skip” (Patricia) of Kenmore, Washington and Christopher of Independence, Missouri; grandchildren, William, Samantha and Lucas. His surviving siblings, Cora, Janis, Eva Jo and John all live in Texas.

Jeff was quick to smile and his friendly, loving personality will always live in our hearts.
