Jeanette E. Reed-Harris, 69, of Selma, died Saturday, March 24, 2007 at her home.
A visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 28, 2007 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.
A funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 29, 2007 at Hull & Hull Chapel with Chaplain Carole Howser officiating. Interment will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Jeanette was born December 2, 1937 in Portland, Oregon and graduated from Wilson High School in 1956. She moved from Damascus to Selma four years ago. She worked as a longhaul truck driver for 20 years retiring from Mitchell Brothers Trucking in 1999.
Her hobbies included traveling, camping, gardening, sewing, and cooking.
In addition to her husband, Richard Harris of Selma; survivors include two daughters, Katherine Dragoo and Dawn Weinberger both of Portland; two sons, Donald Reed of Selma and Duane Reed of Gresham; 13 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by a son, David Reed in 1999.
