Jana Stewart

Jana Lee Stewart, age 70, passed away Monday August, 28th 2023. Jana was born July, 16th 1953 in Pasadena, California. She graduated from Glendora High school in 1971 and moved to Grants Pass in 1972.

Jana opened a successful Dog Grooming Shop in 1989 which is still open today. Her daughter Andrea runs the shop now after learning all she could from her Mama.

She “retired” by becoming a pet-sitter which she greatly enjoyed and kept her very busy. She was a huge dog lover with a special love of Golden Retrievers.  She had numerous Goldens during her life. Jana loved the coast, the Arizona desert, tempranillo wine and secret gardens.

Jana is survived by her two siblings, Terry deWaard and Gina Badley; as well as her daughter and son-law, Andrea and Erik Felber.

Jana was loved by all who were lucky enough to call her friend, of which she had many. She will be greatly missed.

She will be laid to rest at Hillcrest Cemetery, next to her mother in a private interment.
