Jan Martin Kapustka

Jan Martin Kapustka, age 70, of Grants Pass, died Sunday, June 16, 2013 at Royale Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Private services will be held. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

Jan was born June 29, 1942 in Chicago, Illinois to Jan E. & Martha A. Kapustka. From January 1966 to January 1968 he served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War and received the rank of E4. He lived in Twentynine Palms, California and Las Vegas, Nevada before he moved to Grants Pass, Oregon in February 2009.

Survivors include five sisters, Norma McCrory of Greenville, Texas, Nancy Smith of Grants Pass, Oregon, Nicki Jones of Paradise, California, Nelda Harding of Paradise, California, and Ninna Chaffee of Elko, Nevada.
