James Richard Evans

James Richard “Big Jim” Evans, age 58, of Grants Pass, died Thursday, January 8, 2009 at his home.

Private services have been held. Hull & Hull Funeral Directors are in charge of arrangements.

He was born March 24, 1950 in San Francisco, California. In 1994 he moved from Danville, California to Grants Pass.

Jim lived an interesting and diverse life with many friends accumulated from his travels throughout the world.

He will be greatly missed, but we know he will be the life of the party wherever he is going from here.

Survivors include his father, Fred; a sister, Eileen; a niece, Kelly; three nephews, Kevin, Sean, and Adam; and his soul mate who has been by his side in devotion for three years, Dawn.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Lucy in May 2006.
