Irma Sietman

Irma T. Sietman, 91, of Grants Pass, died Monday, May 1, 2006 at Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., to 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, 2006 at Hull & Hull Funeral Directors.

Remembrances may be made to Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (for their residents), 2201 NW Highland Avenue, Grants Pass OR 97526.

She was born June 10, 1914 in Chicago, Illinois. She moved from San Ramon, California to Grants Pass 26 years ago.

She attended the Grants Pass Seventh-day Adventist Church. She served as president of the I.O.O.F. and was a member of the Rebecca Lodge both in Allegan, Michigan. She also belonged to a local bowling league.

She loved to tease with family and friends and enjoyed life. Her hobbies included traveling, needlework, and watching soap operas.

Survivors include a son, Bob Jackson of Eagle, Colorado; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joan Ayers in 2001.
