Henry John “Harry” Haesloop, age 86, of Rogue River, died Tuesday, June 26, 2007 at Fair View Transitional Health Center.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Friday, July 6, 2007 at Casey State Park Recreation Area, on Highway 62, between Gold Hill and Lost Creek Reservoir. For more information, call Jan at 1-530-681-1995.

Harry was born September 21, 1920 in Oakland, California to Henry & Minetta Haesloop. He grew up and attended schools in Oakland and Berkeley, California. He graduated from San Francisco State College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He served in the United States Navy. On December 17, 1943 in San Diego, California, he married Dorothy May Connor. From 1959 until 1987 he worked as an estimator for Republic and Allied Van Lines moving companies. Upon his retirement he moved from Sacramento, California to Rogue River.
His hobbies included gardening, gambling, cooking, traveling and hiking.
Survivors include a daughter, Janet Nilsson and her husband William Weber of Dunnigan, California; a granddaughter, Kit Puliz of Baltimore, Maryland.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy in 2003; daughter, Nancy Curran in 2007; and two grandsons, Kyle Curran in 1996 and Todd Curran in 1998.
